Dr. Humphreys is the Director of Pharmacy Clinical Services at Providence St. Joseph Health.  She earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from University of Washington and her Master of Health Administration (MHA) from University of Cincinnati.  She also serves a Clinical Assistant Professor at the School of Pharmacy, University of Washington. Dr. Humphreys has 20 years of for profit as well as non-profit experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including clinical research, formulary management, strategic planning, and operational management.  She is passionate about continuous quality improvement, financial sustainability and innovative care delivery methodologies. As the Providence St. Joseph Health System Pharmacy Clinical Service Director, she leads the system formulary management team and the medication utilization team which are responsible for managing a formulary consists of medications of an annual cost of 1.2 billion dollars.
